Products returned after 14 days - Product has been used by customer

Please contact us with any requests for returns after a successful installation with specifics as to the reason for the return. We will work with you to provide the best solution, whether an exchange or a refund. If notified within 14 days of receipt of the product (not installation) and a refund is requested, it will be in full less the non-refundable shipping costs. If notified after the 14 day period and a refund is requested, there is a 10% restocking fee plus the non-refundable shipping cost. We do accept returns within 60 days from the date of purchase. Product has not been used

Items returned in an unused condition are subject to a 10% restocking fee as well as the non-refundable shipping costs we incurred. This is because all parts are made to order by our in-house team to provide you with quality chips.

Returns will not be accepted unless authorized. All returns should be returned via First Class Mail (preferably with tracking).

Returns requested/received after 60 days from the date of purchase can be exchanged only.
